I heard it 7 years ago and it was ironic because the girl I liked in high school, we had the opportunity to be a couple 3 years ago, This song reminds me of all those complications we had from high school to college, promises that were not fulfilled and some that we achieved... It's been a while since we broke up and I was hateful for a while. In the end I decided that I will never improve from it to be a better person seeking forgiveness for myself. Even so, I treasure the memories and experiences that I have spent years with those friends, relationships and family that I no longer see now.
